🧵 Augmented Reality Tour – A Stitch in Time
Embark on an interactive quest with Phil the mechanic as he tries to rescue the Mill’s legacy. Tablet in hand, you’ll explore the site through augmented reality animations, challenges, and historic encounters. It’s a stitch in time that weaves the past into a story you help complete.

Q. Can we eat on-site?
A. Yes! A lovely picnic area by the river lets you enjoy an outdoor meal in a calm and natural setting.
Q. Is there shelter available?
A. Yes! Whether it’s a hot sunny day or a light drizzle, shaded spots and a covered shelter are available so you can enjoy your break comfortably — rain or shine.

A. Yes — partially. The site offers step-free access to key areas including the welcome pavilion, restrooms, the artisan boutique, and the main exhibition hall.
However, due to the building’s historic architecture, the upper floor of the Mill (accessible only by narrow stairs) is less suitable for visitors with limited mobility. That said, our team is always happy to assist and adapt the experience to your needs.

A. Yes — with some limitations. The outdoor areas, including trails and the picnic zone, are stroller-friendly, especially in dry weather. The welcome pavilion, boutique, and main exhibition space are also accessible with a stroller.

Q. What happens if I’ve made a reservation but can no longer attend?
A. If you’ve reserved an activity and need to cancel, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
📆 A credit or date change may be offered, depending on availability.
💸 Refunds are only issued if the cancellation comes from us (e.g., if the event is cancelled by the Mill).
Q. Are outdoor activities maintained in case of rain?
A. Yes! Our trails, living sheep exhibition, and most outdoor activities remain accessible even in light rain.
However, in the event of extreme weather (such as thunderstorms or high winds), certain activities may be adapted, relocated, or cancelled for your safety. If any changes occur, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
