The price of the venue varies depending on occupancy between $1.100 and $4.500.

Additional fees may apply if attendance is below the minimum number.

Modifications and management fees

Management and service fees applicable to all menus.

Management fee : 5% on food from L’Odika.

Service fee : A 15% fee is applicable on food from L’Odika when on-site servers are required.

Possibility of bites and appetizers on request. Please note that it is possible to change or add items to the menus. Naturally prices can then change.

Available à la carte with an additional charge of $15 per selection. Make 1 choice from:

  • Crazy chocolate brownie (Intensely chocolate brownie with crushed walnuts and fleur de sel)
  • Maple sweetness (maple-caramel mousse, lemon candied apples, caramel icing, hazelnut praline)

  • All modifications: Changes made 7 days before the event will incur a fee of $3 per person, including allergy additions.
  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to guarantee the availability of their services.
  • Form completion: The event information form must be completed and sent to the catering coordinator 10 days before the event.
  • Server arrival: Servers arrive 30 minutes before the service begins.
  • Service duration: Included service is for 4 hours; additional time is charged at $35 per hour.
  • Responsibilities: L’Odika’s servers handle food service, while Le Moulin handles alcohol service.
  • Table setup: Le Moulin is responsible for setting up tables and tableware.
  • Clean-up: Staff ensures everything is clean and tidy before departure.

These conditions ensure clarity and understanding regarding reservations, modifications, and service expectations for events hosted at Moulin à Laine.

  • Up to 35 people: 1 server and 1 chef.
  • 36 to 70 people: 2 servers and 1 chef.
  • 71 to 100 people: 3 servers and 2 chefs.

Additional servers are available at $35 per hour.
